On September 2nd, the Loden Hotel, in celebration of International Yoga Month, launched its Second Floor Sanctuary, an entire level dedicated to wellness. Each Garden Terrace guestroom includes a step out patio overlooking the reflection pond and calming waterfall, 30 minute complimentary infra-red sauna treatment in the Spa Suite and an individual pocket Buddha to take the zen home with you.
To help soothe the mind, body and soul further, guests can enjoy a little om away from home in their private sanctuary guestroom featuring herbal tea, reassembly custom blend essential oil roll-on, and inspirational yoga cards. In addition, an in-room yoga channel, yoga mat and props, lifestyle magazine, and relaxing bath salts complete everything a guest needs to shake out their dog.
To invigorate their chakras further, guests have access to the Loden's 1,400-square-foot Befit Studio, which features 24-hour access, top-of-the-line cardiovascular equipment, free weights, weight training equipment, signature series cable motion console, boxing bags, resistant training bands, and flat screen televisions. Professional personal training and certified nutritionist services are also available through the Loden's concierge team.
