On November 3rd, InterContinental Hong Kong's stunning Lobby Lounge will launch a new selection of colourful frothy, bubbly cocktails. The hotel's “UnbelievaBubble Cocktails” are inspired by classic cocktails including the Martini, Cosmopolitan, Daiquiri, Margarita and Sidecar with a vibrant and textural modern twist.

The “UnbelievaBubble Cocktails” showcase vivid hues as seen on the Hong Kong Island skyline from the Lobby Lounge's unique panoramic vantage point – all topped with a refreshing, frothy, flavoured foam -- inspired by Victoria Harbour.

All five selections are available in both “Single” serving size (10 oz) at HK$160 each or “Mega” size (25 oz) for sharing at HK$300 each (plus 10% service charge). 

The “UNBELIEVABUBBLE” Cocktail Selection includes:

COSMOPOLITAN MOUSSE:  Absolut Vodka, Cointreau, Cranberry Juice, Lemon Juice and Strawberry-flavoured Foam      

BUBBLE MANHATTAN:  Bourbon Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Dry Vermouth, Angostura Bitters, and Vanilla-flavoured Foam      

FIZZ MARTINI:  Bombay Dry Gin, Dry Vermouth, Honey-flavoured Foam                       

DAIQUIRI FLUFF: Light Rum, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Orange-flavoured Foam                            

MARGARITA BATH: Tequila, Cointreau, Lemon Juice and Grape-flavoured Foam                            

SIDE CAR SPUME: Brandy, Cointreau, Lemon Juice and Ginger-flavoured Foam

The Lobby Lounge is open daily from 7:00am – 1:00am.

In the early evening (6:00pm-9:00pm), enjoy chill-out “house music” with musicians performing soulful instrumental and cool electronic jazz and techno music. From 9:00pm onwards, our guest vocalist Rifky Umara from Sri Lanka performs a selection of upbeat pop tunes, as well as smooth jazz and ballads.
