International Golf Travel Market Tees Off In Style For Just A Drop

Just a Drop

International Golf Travel Market (IGTM), the premier event for the golf travel industry, teed off in style this year to support international water aid charity, Just a Drop. Over 600 golf tourism suppliers and 340 buyers attended the event, which concluded with an impressive IAGTO Awards and Gala Dinner at the Tarragona Arena on 14th November.

 

Thanks to the generosity of the IGTM organisers, exhibitors, attendees and Lumine (who donated a prize of a weekend break for two in Costa Daurada, including two rounds of golf), over £3,200 was raised for Just a Drop, through donations made on exhibitor contracts and a ‘guess the number of tees’ competition during the event.

 

Peter Grimster, Exhibition Manager at IGTM said, “IGTM and our members and guests were thrilled to be able to support Just a Drop this year, raising over £3,200 for the charity. Just a Drop’s concept is so simple but the impact is considerable. We look forward to a long relationship with Just a Drop and hope to make a real difference to the lives of others.”

 

Nicola Baskerville, Events Manager at Just a Drop said, “It has meant a great deal to the Just a Drop team to be able to work with IGTM. The money raised will support people in need, bringing clean water to thousands of people and will save and change lives.”
