International Golf Travel Market (IGTM), the premier event for the golfing industry is to help drive fundraising for the water aid charity, Just a Drop.
 

The new partnership will give exhibitors the opportunity to pledge an extra €20 donation to Just a Drop, which was set up in 1998 to deliver clean water projects to local communities in developing nations.
 

As well as encouraging donations, IGTM will also be supporting fundraising initiatives during the show, which this year, will be held in November in Catalonia, Spain.
 

The initiative serves to illustrate just how many small individual donations will contribute to change the lives of thousands of people around the world.
 

Peter Grimster, exhibition manager at IGTM says, “We know all too well that the sustainable spotlight is constantly on the golf industry, particularly when it comes to water conservation. By supporting Just a Drop we hope this will further highlight the necessity for water globally not just for leisure purposes. It’s very rewarding to see how a simple, low cost donation can impact the lives of people in poor communities and that an event such as IGTM can make a difference.  We look forward to a long relationship with Just a Drop and hope that IGTM will help to raise awareness of their vital work.”
