Hyatt Regency Perth has announced an International Chef Series this year with visiting chefs from Singapore, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur.
Chef Kwangseng Lee, of Grand Hyatt Singapore's renowned restaurant mezza9, will kick the series off with his visit in March. From March 7 – 19, guests will enjoy some of the best signature dishes from the Lion City.
Dinner will feature some tantalizing a la carte dishes including shredded duck meat, jellyfish, mango, spicy sauce; braised pork belly, garlic, Chinese herbs, dark soy sauce and Hainanese chicken rice to name a few. Dessert will include Singapore's much loved chilled mango with sago in cream.
Following this, the hotel will welcome chefs from Grand Hyatt Erawan, Bangkok in June and Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur in September.
Hyatt's philosophy, Food; Thoughtfully Sources, Carefully Served is focused on using fresh, seasonal produce to create dishes which are nutritious and beautifully presented. With multiple Gold Plate awards for its two premier restaurants, Cafe and Joe's Oriental Diner, Hyatt Regency Perth's food and beverage is highly regarded by guests and local visitors alike.
