To launch the celebrations, Cove Café presents a bespoke Mother's Day buffet lunch that fuses casual dining with bursts of local flavour, spoiling mum with an array of market fresh seafood and chef's selection of hot cuisines. You'll uncover the best in Moreton Bay bugs, spanner crabs, Crystal Bay prawns and Pacific oysters, set alongside a feast of hot cuisines options and carvery selections including lobster bisque, seared lamb lion and overnight roasted beef.

Inspired by the occasion, the talented team of pastry chefs has prepared a colourful spread of decadent Mother's Day desserts, presenting a buffet of baked strawberry tarts, marble raspberry cheese cake, pink signature lamingtons and white chocolate raspberry cream cannoli. For added sweetness, all mums will receive a glass of bubbles on arrival with the selected NV Amadio Black Label.
