Beginning March 7th, every Saturday Night, Executive Chef Nicola Canuti and Harbourside Chef Calvin Choi and their team will seduce seafood lovers with an elaborate international buffet showcasing a myriad of ocean-fresh crustaceans, including Boston lobster, Spanish prawns, razor clams, scallops, crab, yabbies, plus mussels, whole abalone, sea urchin, octopus and much more.
Highlights include freshly shucked baked oysters in Lobster sauce and stir-fried oysters in Black Bean Sauce, plus a fresh grilled seafood station with a Live Fish and Shellfish Catch-of-the-Day.
There will also be a sushi and sashimi station including Red Tuna Sashimi from Spain, plus eight flavours of marinated Organic Irish Salmon and over a dozen creative Chinese and Asian seafood dishes, plus a serving of fresh geoduck per guest.
Enjoy Sea Urchin (uni) and Salmon Roe Rice Bowls, Pan-seared Red Prawns and much more.
Harbourside favourites including the Roast Beef Carving Station and Peking Duck remain on the elaborate buffet.

What's on the Harbourside Seafood Extravaganza?
Seafood lovers will be “wowed” with the selection of fresh chilled seafood with new additions including scallops, red crabs and whole abalone. You will also find Ice Mountains filled with Boston Lobster, Black Mussels, Crab Legs, Brown Crab, Alaskan King Crab, Crab Spanner, Prawns, White Prawns, Octopus and Yabbies.
Next, sample the eight varieties of cold marinated Irish Organic Salmon which include: smoked, orange, lemon, mint, green tea, curry, dill and beetroot.
Then indulge in the Sushi and Sashimi Station where our Sushi Chef will be slicing fresh Spanish Tuna Sashimi, Organic Irish Salmon Sashimi and Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi.
You'll also find a Rice Bowl Station serving Caviar and Japanese Salmon Roe.
If you love oysters, watch our chef as he cooks up freshly shucked oysters, prepared in two styles – Baked with Lobster Sauce and Stir-fried with Black Beans.
Save room for the Grilled Seafood Station featuring the Catch of the Day.
Don't forget to try the signature Pan-seared Spanish Red Prawns with Citrus Olive Oil, as well as the Pan-seared Calamari and Sea Bass.
Showcased Hot Seafood dishes will include the Fresh Catch of the Day – Chinese Steamed Fish and also Steamed Shellfish, plus Stir-fried Prawns with salty egg, Fresh Crab Congee with ginger, Seafood Soup made with Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber and Shredded Abalone, plus Baked Razor Clams with garlic and soya sauce. There will also be a rotating selection of either Sautéed Lobster Tail with Pasta, Lobster Thermidor or Lobster Chinese style.
New creations by Chefs Nicola and Calvin include Baked Scallops with Sea Urchin Sauce, Poached Clams in Yellow Wine and Black Mussels with Vegetables in Barolo. On the buffet you will also find Fried Rice with Japanese Eel, Stir-fried Seafood with ginger and Dim Sum with seafood.
Favourites like Pan-seared Duck Foie Gras remain on the buffet, along with the popular Roasted Beef Carving Station.
The Harbourside team will be passing around individual portions of fresh Geoduck, as well as Peking Duck.
The decadent dessert buffet by Executive Pastry Chef Cyril Dupuis includes hot soufflés, crepes made-to-order and a chocolate fountain, plus an extravagant assortment of freshly baked pastries and cakes. A new addition will be freshly baked Egg Tarts with Bird's Nest.
