Forbes Travel Guide has just unveiled its annual Star Rating list, naming InterContinental Hong Kong as a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Hotel for the 7th consecutive year and Yan Toh Heen as a Five-Star restaurant for the 3rd consecutive year. In addition, Rech by Alain Ducasse and THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill have received Four-Stars for the 2nd consecutive year. InterContinental Hong Kong was the first InterContinental Hotel & Resort globally to achieve the exclusive 5-Star ranking by the prestigious Forbes Travel Guide in 2013 – thus retaining this prestigious rating for seven consecutive years. It is one of only 7 Five-Star hotels in Hong Kong, 51 in Asia-Pacific and 210 globally.

This is the third year that the 2-Michelin Star Yan Toh Heen has received Forbes Travel Guide's Five-Star restaurant rating. It is one of only 9 Five-Star restaurants in Hong Kong, 26 in Asia-Pacific and 69 globally.

In addition, the hotel's 1-Michelin Star Rech by Alain Ducasse and the popular STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill have received Four-Stars by Forbes Travel Guide for the second consecutive year. NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong has also received Four-Stars for the first time, after being one of Forbes 83 Recommended restaurants globally last year. This makes InterContinental Hong Kong home to three of only 7 Four-Star restaurants in Hong Kong, 19 in Asia-Pacific and 152 globally.
