The Valentines Experience…

Le Saint James Valentine's Package is 750 euros per couple and includes a one night stay with champagne, homemade chocolates and scattered rose petals on arrival, a Michelin starred Valentine's dinner and breakfast the following morning. If they wish, couples may enhance their skills in the hotel's state-of-the-art cookery school enjoying a cooking course for an additional 150 euros.  There is the option to extend the stay to two nights at a special rate of 250 euros bed and breakfast valid either the night of 14th or 15th February 2016.

Michelin starred Head Chef Nicolas Magie will be crafting an indulgent Valentine's menu for the occasion. Couples will dine the hotel's gourmet restaurant and be seduced by the stunning views through the expansive windows which overlook vineyards and out towards the city of Bordeaux. The following morning, breakfast may be served cosied up in the room or in the restaurant.

Le Saint James is home to a state of the art cookery school 'Cote Cours' where lovers are welcome to test this theory and stir things up in the kitchen. Cookery courses at Le Saint-James are relaxed yet informative allowing guests to express their passion for delicious ingredients, learn new skills and of course indulge in the fruits of their labour. On Valentine's weekend a cookery lesson runs on Sunday February 14th from 11am – 2:30pm. Spend lunchtime creating colourful dishes which can then be enjoyed at the table in the cookery school with a well-earned glass of wine.
