Chef Sabariraja who was born in the fertile farming land “Thanjavur” brought his comfort cuisine of Northern and Southern India to this food festival. The Indian cuisine contains thick gravies, a choice of spices, fruits, vegetables, and dairy products like cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, and ghee (clarified butter). The Chef's signature dishes include Northern Indian “Gosht Galouti Kebab” (mouth-watering melting meat with spices), Appam with Southern Indian Coconut (made by his special Appam pans brought from India), Murgh Tikka Makhanwala (butter chicken), and Vegetable & Lamb Curry. The passionate menus with a dozen of spices and dishes are served at this festival from Welcome Drinks, Starters, Salads, Condiments Station, Soups, Main Courses, and Desserts to Live Carving by the another Guest Tandoori Chef Kamar.
