New to 2016, Cafe Opera has designed the Deluxe Seafood buffet to incorporate a wider selection of Blue swimmer crab, Balmain Bugs, cooked Queensland spanner crab and New Zealand green lip mussels to name a few.

Rediscover the magic with The Cortile Alice in Wonderland-inspired High Tea
The Cortile will transform into a whimsical blend of timeclocks, eccentric hats and lollipop swirls this Easter as the Alice in Wonderland-inspired High Tea is born. Available on Easter Saturday and Easer Sunday, the inspired tea will feature a collection of savories including classic sandwiches, buttermilk vanilla scones and Belgium waffles. Not to be complete without the dizzying selection of sweets, you will find hunted milk chocolate toffee apples, Wonderful crème brulee, hot cross bunnies and marble cakes.
The family will also delight in a little surprise with a special Easter treat for children dressed in their Mad Hatter best.
$65.00 per person; seatings at 1:00pm-3:00pm or 3:30pm-5:30pm this Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday.
