Overnight train(1 night) - Premier Classe departs Johannesburg at 13:15 and arrives the following morning at Port Elizabeth. Big 5 malaria-free safari at Lalibela (3 nights) - The Eastern Cape has established itself as a serious safari destination and Lalibela has been at the forefront of this revolution.  Lalibela has 5 different biomes which means it boasts a wide variety of plant, bird and animal species. Game viewing at Lalibela is especially rewarding due to the high carrying capacity of its land. This results in extremely dense populations of plains game which means fantastic predator sightings. For Gautengers used to the Kruger, Pilansberg & Madikwe areas, an Eastern Cape safari offers various new bird sightings and completely different bush/flora.
