Graduates posted to new roles worldwide
After 10 intense weeks of travel-focused education, twenty-seven graduates from the Tourico Holidays training Academy pilot program are the latest members to join the wholesaler's growing global team.. Planning to fuel their 30% YoY growth with new talent, the graduates are to be based various global locations, to support the company's major expansion which started in 2013.
These new graduates – taken from an initial class of 36 students - will spend their first months in Tourico Holiday's Orlando headquarters before being deployed out to offices such as London, Hong Kong and Buenos Aires.
Celebrating 20 years in the Travel industry, Founder and CEO of Tourico Holidays, Uri Argov, was thrilled with the outcome. “The goal of the Academy is to create a comprehensive training program for talented young minds to break into the travel industry with Tourico Holidays. At the end of the day, we aim to constantly drive numbers upward. With this phenomenal in-house program, the high caliber of talent we're recruiting will be the driving force this company needs to power through another 20 years of growth,” said Argov.
The January class was the first of four yearly sessions designed to train upcoming leaders in the travel industry on Tourico Holidays systems. The next class starts in April focusing on filling open Sales positions worldwide.
