The travel industry's leading media event returns to London's QEII Centre from 13-14 March 2023.

The dates for IMM 2023 were today announced by organisers TravMedia, with the show returning 13-14 March next year at the QEII Centre – and a sell-out event anticipated.

IMM returned as an in-person event at the QEII this March, drawing an audience of almost 300 journalists and influencers who held more than 10,000 pre-scheduled meetings with over 165 PR professionals representing the show's exhibitors.

IMM is established as the must-attend annual event for travel and tourism brands to make media connections, nurture established relationships and catch up with industry friends.

Over 270 journalists checked in to this year's show, representing media titles including The Times, The Telegraph, The Sun, The i, Daily Mail, National Geographic Traveller, Wanderlust, JRNY, CNN Travel, France Magazine, Condé Nast Traveller, Cruise Adviser, loveEXPLORING, TTG, OutThere, Good Housekeeping and Bella.

TravMedia has announced the first 50 exhibitor bookings will be available at special earlybird prices, with savings of up to £630 on offer (based on a stand with two delegates). Exhibitors can book today at the show's site (www.travmedia.com/immuk).

Said Henry Hemming, TravMedia UK's Managing Director: “Following IMM's triumphant return to an in-person event earlier this year, and with worldwide appetite for travel skyrocketing, we're looking forward to a phenomenal IMM in 2023.”

IMM 2023 will provide exhibitors with an exponential return on investment from two highly productive days of activity.

Timed, pre-scheduled meetings between exhibitors and journalists are the cornerstone of the event. In addition, attendees enjoy networking breakfasts and lunches, and socialising at the IMM evening drinks party at the end of day one. On day two exhibitors can also meet with influencers and content creators, and PRs are invited to attend IMM's Professional Development Sessions, led by travel editors, communications experts and leading content creators.

Exhibitor highlights in 2022 included major delegations from France, Australia, USA, and Canada. The event enjoyed headline sponsorship from Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism. Other sponsors included Azerbaijan Tourism Board; Villa Hotels and Resorts; Israel Tourist Office; Tourism Australia; Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, and VisitEngland.

TravMedia UK created and launched the IMM concept in 2013. The event has evolved globally to become the world's leading show connecting the travel industry with the media.

IMM is operated by TravMedia, the global network connecting the travel industry with the media and content creators.
