Exodus Travels

Exodus Travels is an award-winning tour operator, specialising in small-group guided adventure holidays. With an emphasis on responsible and experience-led travel, Exodus Travels offers a diverse range of over 450 itineraries across 100 countries, from 'Walking in the Amalfi Coast' to trekking to Everest Basecamp.

EXODUS TRAVELS LAUNCHES EXODUS EDITS

In 2019, Exodus Travels launched Exodus Edits – a new, compact collection of meticulously curated adventure-grabbing small-group itineraries – aimed at busy professionals in their 30s and 40s.

Designed to bypass endless hours researching the perfect getaway, Exodus Edits is for those who crave adventures, but who now lack the time to put together their own experiential trips.

The programme focuses on short-burst experience-rich small group tours that offer more of the world in less time. There's even a handy 'days off work' reference highlighted for each holiday, so travellers can pursue careers and travel, without using up all their annual leave.

Examples of the tours on offer are five days on the Amalfi Coast, eight days in Mexico, five days in Iceland and 13 days in India. The lead-in tour is a five night 'Summit and Spices in Morocco', requiring three days off work, which is priced from £599, excluding flights. www.exodus.co.uk/exodus-edits

EXODUS TRAVELS ANNOUNCES 29 NEW ESCORTED TOURS FOR 2020

Award-winning adventure specialist Exodus Travels has added 29 new escorted tours for 2020 to its diverse portfolio of small-group guided adventure holidays. From skiing in Finnish Lapland and cycling through Central America, to walking in the French Riviera, the new tours cover a variety of themes and activities around the world, at different grade levels.

Exodus Travels' lead in tour for 2020 is the new Prosecco Hills Long Weekend, a four-day escorted walking holiday from £899 per person including flights.

EXODUS TRAVELS' PAUL GOLDSTEIN TO COMPLETE EVEREST MARATHON

In April 2020, Paul Goldstein, Exodus Travels' photographer and expert tour guide, will be running his tenth London marathon in a tiger suit weighing 11kg to raise awareness of the immediate poaching threat to Bengal tigers. Paul and his tiger suit will travel to Nepal in May to attempt to complete the Everest marathon, the world's highest and considered by many to be the hardest marathon. As well as raising awareness, Goldstein aims to raise £100,000 for the Exodus Travels Foundation to fund a new school near to Bandhavgarh National Park in central India.

As part of the fundraising efforts, Exodus Travels held a series of talks in 2019 with television presenter and naturalist Chris Packham as well as Goldstein and raised a total of £57,957 from three evenings.

The Exodus Travels Foundation, established in March 2019, ensures that all the company's holidays empower and protect the communities and environments visited by their travellers.
