This March, Hyatt Regency Perth will welcome acclaimed Chef and inspired coffee blender, Stefano Manfredi as he talks all things coffee.

Fondly known in Australia as the godfather of modern Italian cuisine, Stefano has used his masterful palette to create the perfect coffee blend and since the 2013 launch of his Espresso di Manfredi blend, Classico, he has launched two new blends, Chiara and Audacia.

On Friday the 10th of March, Stefano will share his words of wisdom with coffee enthusiasts with a progressive tasting evening, held in Gershwin's. Guests will enjoy cocktails created from cold drip coffee, hear the secrets to 'latte art' and have the opportunity to sit down and enjoy a coffee inspired drink with Stefano as he talks about his passion for cooking and coffee. Hyatt's own team of chefs will prepare a selection of canapés to complement the coffee.
