Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui has joined hands with “Diamond Leisure” to offer a barrier-free travel and entertainment services for physically challenged guests starting from May 2014.

The hotel has actively participated in local charity activities since opening in 2009, including fund-raising and food donation for the needy and charities, as well as offering volunteer work to bring care to the community.  This year, the hotel has reached another milestone by cooperating with “Diamond Leisure” to offer a point-to-point barrier-free “Diamond Cab” service with specially designed guestrooms and close attention paid to wheelchair users, all of which will create a hassle-free stay and dine experience.

“It's great to support this meaningful activity with such a simple gesture” said Mr Xavier Pech, General Manager of Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui “This cooperation with Diamond Leisure reflects our brand philosophy of making things happen for every guest.
