Hotels Turn To Utell�s� GREATRATE To Deliver Business

GREATRATE generated increased revenues for participating hotels in the Autumn 2008 campaign

16 December 2008: Utell� Hotels & Resorts members participating in Utell�s most recent GREATRATETM campaign realized a year-on-year revenue increase of 6.4% in October, and 6.3% in November. Additionally, the campaign increased online reservations for participating properties by 7.6% in October and 10.8% in November.

Utell�s popular and successful GREATRATE programme includes hotels in various destinations worldwide, with room rates at up to 10% off BAR (Best Available Rate). Prices are offered per night as part of a two-night minimum stay for single or double occupancy, and include breakfast, making them an appealing product for agents who can earn 8% to 10% commissions on each booking.

The most recent campaign succeeded not only due to the positive reputation of past GREATRATE promotions from Utell, but also due to an intense level of marketing across Utell�s channels. This push helped participating hotels to reach more than 600,000 travel agents worldwide.
