Dorchester Collection's Hotel Principe di Savoia introduces expert 'Milano Master Classes' to provide guests with an enhanced business offering.

Guests can choose from a selection of three unique master classes taught by a leading art, culinary or wine expert. Classes are held within various event rooms in the hotel, including the largest meeting and conference space of all five star hotels in the city which hosts up to 750 guests. With close connections to Milan's three international airports and five minutes from the main train station, Hotel Principe di Savoia provides the ideal environment for business and client entertainment.

Milano Master Class: Art provides an engaging and interactive experience, allowing guests to practice a number of artistic disciplines, including painting, sketching and sculpture - each lead by a professor of The Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, a highly regarded art school in Milan. By choosing from 11 meeting rooms available, the Milano Master Class: Art can cater group sizes from 10 to 750 people, competitive to that of a professional art school.

Milano Master Class: Culinary offers cooking classes direct from the hotel's Acanto restaurant kitchen, taught by executive chef Fabrizio Cadei, providing a hands-on learning of techniques and tips to creating authentic Italian cuisine. Master the art of cooking Italy's signature dishes from producing fresh pasta to perfecting risotto.

Award winning chief sommelier, Alessandra Veronesi, leads informative tastings in Milano Master Class: Wine, offering a true insight into Italian wine. Drawing from her extensive experience as a leading sommelier, Alessandra takes class members on a journey through Italy whilst in the decadent surroundings of Hotel Principe di Savoia. From learning its history to seasonal recommendations, the class provides a fun and informative look at Italian wine.
