Forty-three Best Western hotels across Australia and New Zealand have been awarded a 2013 Certificate of Excellence by the world's largest travel site, TripAdvisor®. 

BEST WESTERN Crystal Inn (Bendigo, Victoria) property Managers, Trevor and Jill Thomas run one of the 43 properties who received the industry accolade, and said they felt humbled to receive such a prestigious award which caught them by surprise. 

"Even though we're the faces of the motel, the award can only be achieved by all of our staff who each day go above and beyond to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests and their families," Trevor said. 

"We are so grateful that our guests want to share their experiences on TripAdvisor and thank every person who took the time to make a review, regardless of the rating."

Thirty-six Best Western hotels in Australia and seven in New Zealand received a Certificate of Excellence.  Only 10% of accommodations listed on TripAdvisor receive the prestigious annual award as ranked by guest satisfaction scores.
