The Hotel Arts is united forever in the collective memory with Barcelona, its art, architecture and cosmopolitan spirit. At the same time, Gin Raw captures its avant-garde character, fragrance and essence.
A liquid journey through the memories
Diego Baud presents P41 Bar as a liquid trip to the flavours of the 41st parallel in a sophisticated and relaxed atmosphere. Diego Baud uses only the ingredients of the highest quality, expressing his passion for the art of mixology. It is, therefore, the ideal space to enjoy the four unprecedented cocktails with Gin Raw.
¡Hola!
The cocktail pays tribute to the opening ceremony. Eight hundred people formed a giant mosaics: Barcelona said "Hello!" to the world. The public joined the party and chanted a simple "hello". ¡Hola! is a cocktail of sparkling flavours that transports to that happy and festive moment with an artistic and original touch of celebration.
Ingredients: GinRaw, lemon juice, pink pepper syrup and bergamot, cava Brut Gramona and gold dust.
Mercury & Caballé
The cocktail provides an original combination of flavours of land and sea, two different extremes. Combined, they form a unique duet, just like the collaboration between the soprano Montserrat Caballé and Freddy Mercury, with which he fulfilled his dream of combining rock and opera. This song became the sentimental anthem of the Olympic Games.
Ingredients: Ginraw, Sherry Fino, syrup lemon with saffron, lemon, the essence of sage and nori seaweed
Dream Team
Dream teams are born when fantastic players collaborate brilliantly. One of the best teams in history played at the 1992 Games, at the time of its maximum splendour. It had Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, and Magic Johnson, among others. Each of these players showed that teamwork makes a dream come true. Every ingredient plays a vital role in a perfect cocktail's magic.
Ingredients: Ginraw, Padró & Co Vermouth, Bonanto with basil and olive infusion.
Amigos para Siempre (Friends for Life)
Like the uplifting song by Sarah Brightman and José Carreras, “Amigos para Siempre”, that touched us all, this cocktail with its stimulating coffee infusion in Bonanto and Gin Raw, makes Bonanto a perfect match for Gin Raw. And they are now friends forever!
Gin Raw, coffee infused in Bonanto, Tonic Water, Lemon
