Abercrombie & Kent has just released its 2017 – 2018 brochure for polar expeditionary cruising. The journeys are operated exclusively by A&K on board luxury cruisers, Le Boreal and Le Lyrial, revealing the polar reaches at their astonishing best.

In Antarctica there are four expeditions during the season. Each visits the wildlife rich Antarctic Peninsula, with two adding South Georgia and the Falkland Islands. Journeys are themed, with two special family departures, a Climate Change mission trip and a photographic expedition. In the Arctic, there is a journey to Norway and the High Arctic regions of Svalbard, Greenland and Iceland as well as an epic journey through the Northwest Passage.
