Hoshino Resorts: Updates & Media Support Program APR 2019

Shortly, throughout June to August, the summer season in Japan, Hoshino Resorts will offer the best local summer experiences to guests. HOSHINOYA Tokyo, a modernized Japanese-style inn located in the centre of the city, will be hosting “Tokyo Summer Nights 2019” from August 1st – 17th. This event travels back in time to the Edo period, where guests are invited to experience how the people of the Edo period enjoyed art, food, and entertainment. Picchio Wildlife Research Centre, managed by Hoshino Resorts, is located at the Karuizawa Wild Bird Sanctuary. From March 15th until November 30th, the “Flying Squirrel Watching Tour” will be conducted by professional naturalists at Picchio, who have an in-depth knowledge about the flying squirrel's nature and habitat. The probability of witnessing a flying squirrel on the evening is over 90%. Regarding other summer experiences by Hoshino, please visit the websites listed below.
