Celebrate Easter with us on Sunday, 5 April, and spend quality time with loved ones over a magnificent brunch at Carousel. Feast on our culinary delights such as oven-roasted whole baby lamb, oven-roasted prime ribs with Yorkshire pudding and Jacob potatoes, and baked whole Branzino with pesto and root vegetables. Balloon sculptures and Easter chocolate eggs will be given to the little ones dining at Carousel.
