Singapore, 24 January 2018 - This Lunar New Year, let us bridge the distance and take you right back home with a feast curated from the heart at the kitchen table. From 12-22 February, enjoy a tantalising spread of Chinese cuisine that's bound to leave your stomachs and hearts brimming with warmth. 

From Mondays to Thursdays, relish in the classics such as Cantonese roasted duck, Macau crispy pork belly, ginger and scallion beef and staples including olive fried rice, and X.O. fried rice to name a few. Over the festive weekend, from 15 – 17 February 2018, expect an amplified menu as we showcase an exquisite selection of the finest Chinese dishes.

Start the meal with a bowl of piping hot stewed bamboo pit, crabmeat and fish maw superior thick broth followed by a selection of barbequed meats including charcoal roasted duck and honey glazed pork char siew. Commence the family feasting with slow cooked sea cucumber topped on braised flower mushroom with slow cooked Chinese Hua Diao braised duck, Dong Po stewed pork shoulder in spicy sweet sauce, marinated Five Spice beef shank, steamed scallop with minced garlic and vermicelli amongst others.

Chinese New Year celebrations are never complete without the customary Yu Sheng. Priced at SGD88++ per person, Home is where the Heart is will include a Yu Sheng for the traditional toss for harmony for parties of 4 and above. À la carte Abalone Yu Sheng is also available at SGD84++ for 4-6 guests and SGD168++ for 8-10 guests.
