InterContinental Hong Kong's Lobby Lounge, acclaimed as “The Place” for evening cocktails – with its spectacular panoramic view of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong Island skyline has something new in store in April and May for gin lovers.
The hotel's Beverage Manager Cadition Law and team have home-aged Hayman's London classic dry gin -- letting it mature for 180 days in a Maker's Mark bourbon barrel & Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel to infuse the natural barrel flavours from the skin. The home-aged Gin from the Bourbon barrels is then used to create a selection of modern new gin cocktails. Experience the unique flavour infused in the gin in the Lobby Lounge's selection of Gin Barrel Cocktails, available in the Lobby Lounge now through May 29.

The Lobby Lounge is open daily from 7:00am – 1:00am.
In the early evening (6:00pm-9:00pm), enjoy chill-out “house music” with musicians performing soulful instrumental and cool electronic jazz and techno music.
Tuesdays-Sundays (9:00pm – 12:45am), enjoy the vocal styling of British singer Rachael Louise Pollard, who performs a blend of jazz and contemporary pop music. On Monday evenings (9:00pm – 12 midnight), VoSSa (duo: DJ vocalist Ela Alegre and Saxophonist Lena Cuglietta) blends soulful vocals and hip saxophone music.
