The North East is renowned for its gourmet produce, excellent wines and spectacular settings. The 2015 Regional Longest Lunch combines all three in a memorable culinary experience.

Catered by renowned Falls Creek restauranteur Barry Iddles (Winterhaven, Elk at Falls), the event incorporates a delectable three course set menu, drinks and canapés. All of this takes inspiration from quality gourmet producers and growers in the region.

The location for this tremendous event will be the grassy grounds of Wallace's Hut.  Sip champagne and dine in style alongside one of the oldest structures in the Alpine National Park in one of the most unique settings for a long lunch.

Proceeds from the event will be donated to 6 worthy causes across the Resort, Falls Creek Primary School, the CFA and SES, Falls Creek Childcare, Falls Creek Ski Patrol and historical society.

Cost:                Tickets $110pp

Guests will be served:

Duo of canapés

Entree - Double baked Milawa cheese soufflé (David Brown select cheddar) w tarragon sauce (gf)

Main course - Baked chicken breast w a fresh local green herb sauce (gf)

Dessert - Chocolate pave made of chocolate from Bright chocolate factory

Accompanying wines will be served.
