The Fess Parker, A DoubleTree by Hilton Resort- Santa Barbara, Calif.
The resort is set to undergo a redesign starting October 1, 2013, scheduled to be completed by January 2014. The scope will include an entirely fresh new look in all guestrooms, suites, and hallways, incorporating a light, airy color palette and comfortable, functional furnishings - including sofa beds in all king rooms and ergonomic work chairs at each desk. Even the artwork will be updated to reflect the unique beauty of the resort's California coastal location. Impact to guests will be minimized.
The Marquette - Minneapolis, Minnesota
The hotel recently started an urban, roof-top garden complete with three bee hives. The hotel's signature restaurant, Basil's will feature menu items highlighting ingredients harvested on property.
