Hilton Sydney has announced the appointment of Jan Jansen to Director of Business Development.

In his new role at Hilton Sydney, Jansen will be responsible for directing all aspects of the hotel's commercial functions including Sales and Marketing, Conference and Event, Revenue, and Reservations.

Felix Busch, hotel manager, Hilton Sydney said, “We're very excited to welcome Jan to the team at Hilton Sydney. He will be instrumental in implementing innovative and exciting initiatives to the hotel. His abundant experience in both hotel management and business development across both Europe and Asia will certainly make him a valuable asset to the team.”

Jansen's experience includes directing the business development team at Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao in China. Prior to this role, Jansen also worked in a similar position at Hilton Singapore. Having begun his career in various hotels across Europe (Amsterdam, Belgium, Cologne) Jansen is excited to continue his southward trajectory and hit the ground running at Hilton Sydney this month.
