The Hawaii Tourism Authority has announced that Hills Balfour, the London based travel marketing company, will represent the tourist board in the UK and Scandinavia from 1 January 2004.

Hills Balfour will develop and implement an integrated approach to Sales, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations initiatives to build awareness of Hawaii to UK and Scandinavian consumers. The agency will use its extensive relationships with airline partners, agents, tour operators and the media to increase visitor numbers to the islands of Hawaii.
