LISBON, PORTUGAL - European-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot company HiJiffy – a leading specialist in AI-powered hotel chatbots – has activated a global partnership with Asian-based hospitality and tourism marketing company, The Delivering Group, and its sales and marketing network across Asia Pacific (APAC), Greater China and North America.
HiJiffy enables hotels to convert existing website traffic into immediate direct sales through AI-powered live chat, creating a fast-track revenue stream for hotel chains and individual properties looking to regenerate business flows post Covid-19. HiJiffy currently work with 500+ hotels and resorts in 15 countries and now looking to develop in APAC.
It also helps hotels to dramatically improve customer engagement by providing 24/7 communication access through all stages of the trip: from consideration, pre-stay, check-in, during stay and post-stay. Customers can connect via laptop or mobile devices in multiple languages including traditional and simplified Chinese.
Under the agreement, The Delivering Group will partner with HiJiffy across APAC and North America and leverage its industry relationships to help grow both companies' services. The solution fits nicely with The Delivering Group's focus on helping hospitality, tourism and travel businesses develop and execute pandemic recovery strategies.
