HF Holidays, the guided walking and activity specialist, has announced that they have received the Which? Recommended Provider for Escorted Tours for a third year.

The Which? ratings are all based on feedback received from their members. Only holiday companies which had at least 30 responses are reported on; the results are based on 8,315 Which? member experiences.

Carried out in March 2019, the survey focuses on Escorted Tour Providers used by UK residents. Escorted tours are classified as being holidays which have a set itinerary where all or most of the holiday is led by a dedicated guide. Which? members are asked to score holiday companies on a range of measures including value for money, customer service, accommodation, accuracy of tour description information and organisation of the holiday.
