Leading walking & special interest holiday tour operator HF Holidays has launched a useful Group Organiser's Guide offering a fantastic range of benefits and services specifically designed for anyone who is organising a short break or longer holiday, on behalf of 8 or more adults (10 or more for UK holidays at our country houses).

The guide features everything organisers need to know about arranging group travel, making it easy for absolutely anyone to do. HF Holidays has  a dedicated Groups team who are on hand to help Group Organisers every step of the way – the guide is a great start point. The Groups team deliver personalised customer service and can help with some special touches and extras on group holidays to make their stay extra special.

HF Holidays is experiencing year on year growth in the number of groups travelling with them, which has prompted the new guide. It provides further details of the great service, support and offers groups can benefit from.  Groups come from both the UK and overseas and range from being families celebrating a special occasion to members of clubs and other organisations travelling together. HF Holidays often gets walking clubs, members of U3A and WI, social clubs and groups of friends travelling as a group.

Group Benefits

Groups travelling with HF Holidays enjoy a range of benefits including priority booking (where groups can book before holidays go on general sale), preferential rates of up to £200pp off the main edition brochure price, sole occupancy of UK country houses (subject to minimum numbers) plus discounted room upgrades and reduced rates for sole occupancy. Group Organisers also benefit from a free room upgrade.

Groups can hold an option on their chosen UK holiday for six weeks before the deposit payment is due, giving the Group Organiser time to finalise numbers and collect deposits. For overseas holidays, options can be held for up to four weeks.

Group organisers are assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will provide friendly and professional support every step of the way.  They provide guidance, knowledge and expertise to ensure everyone in the group is considered and special requirements are taken care of.
