Heritage Resorts Welcomes New Chief Operations Officer, Jacques Charles

On October 6th Heritage Resorts will welcome its new Chief Operations Officer, Jacques Charles.

Jacques Charles has over 30 years of experience in the Tourism and Hospitality industry. Having started his career in France, he has worked for many hospitality brands including Le Méridien and the Groupe Pierre et Vacances - Hôtels Latitudes.

Jacques has also gained much experience in Mauritius and in the Mascarene region, occupying strategic positions in the hotel groups Directorate such as Starwood Hotels and Resorts (General Manager of Westin Turtle Bay and Le Méridien) and Constance (General Manager of Constance Lemuria Resort). With his knowledge of the field, Jacques will continue working on projects implemented by Veranda Leisure and Hospitality in order to maintain Heritage Resorts' position as a renowned, luxury resort in Mauritius.

Heritage Resorts are confident that his wealth of experience in the Leisure and Hospitality Industries will be an important asset to Heritage Resorts and ensure continued smooth running of the different hotels and teams.

Heritage Resorts, on the southern coast of Mauritius, is set on an ex-sugar plantation estate known as the Domaine de Bel Ombre.
