Presenting Asia's debut of Drop The Beat: DJ Lab EP, the first-ever joint music release by W Hotels Worldwide and burn, HEATWAVE is set to rock your Sunday afternoons with amazing beats curated in collaboration with industry mentors including Michaelangelo L'Acqua, W Hotels Global Music Director; Paul Oakenfold, original pioneer of DJ culture and world-renowned record producer/DJ; DJ White Shadow, two-time Grammy nominated producer, composer and instrumentalist for Lady Gaga; James Lavelle, A&R label boss, recording artist and DJ; and Andy Caldwell, two-time Grammy nominated DJ producer.

MUSIC

Featuring a gamut of Electro and Deep House, get ready to dance out of your inner cocoons from humdrum reality into a realm of whimsical fantasy with W HOTELS & burn DJ LAB Artist, T.A.T (Tatiana de Leon), local DJ Jashika and Australian-born DJ Victoria.  Last seen spinning live at Ibiza International Music Summit (IMS) alongside Steve Angello, Pretty Lights, Pete Tong, Annie Mac, DJ T.A.T wowed the crowd with her amazing deep house tunes and wispy vocals. 

Originally from Mexico, T.A.T had previously played at the famous Razzmataz in Barcelona.  Her music was also featured in ads for Jameson, Salvatore Ferragamo, YSL, Heineken, Swarovski, Burberry, Adidas Originals, Emporio Armani and Lacoste. She also supervised the music for Fashion's Night Out and Fashion Week México.

DESIGN

Be treated to a live demonstration by one of the world's most renowned artists in the world of urban contemporary art as super muralist, Nychos orchestrates a graffiti rendition of a peacock, not in an animal form but instead something quintessentially organic across a 9m x 2m canvas at WET deck. His first showcase in Singapore, Nychos is based in Austria and has received worldwide acclaims for his murals which peek 'beneath' the skin of iconic cartoon characters. Along with exhibitions in galleries around the world, he has done commissioned works for Volvo, Nickelodeon and Absolut Vodka. 

FASHION

Rich hues and playful brights will be abound as theWYLDshop presents an eclectic assortment of summer favourites in its pop up store at HEATWAVE. Bringing the best of high street fashion under one roof – the leading online retailer will debut the latest array of quirky shades adorned and adored by A-listers like Rihanna and Beyonce from Le Specs and MinkPink and stylish summer separates from Vamastyle.   Get wild, capture moments and hit us with your best shot in your sunglasses and stand to win a pair of cool shades from Le Specs.
