Chef Li has been in the food industry for more than 28 years, helming the Executive Chef position at renowned PUTIEN Restaurant and as a trainer with Singapore Culinary Institute Pte Ltd. A native of Xi'an, China, Chef Li began his culinary journey as a Chinese Chef in Wan Nian Hotel and over the years broadened his horizon from specialising in Guangdong dishes to cooking a wide variety of flavourful Chinese cuisines.
