From its beautiful Art Deco salons to the depths of its darkest corridors, the Queen Mary has been a constant source for stories, articles and documentaries about supernatural sightings and other unexplained activity aboard the historic ship. The new Queen Mary�s Haunted Encounters: Queen Mary�s Mysteries Revealed will shed some light on the popular question: Is she really haunted? The Haunted Encounters Passport will be made available Memorial Day weekend and will allow visitors access to the most haunted areas of the ship with a variety of tours, films and a paranormal research center. Haunted Encounters will be offered daily and the cost is $28 Adults, $25 Seniors/Military and $17 children 5-11.
The Haunted Encounters Passport will include an Introduction Lecture and Film, the new Ghost Encounters Video Tour, an hour-long walking tour that takes guests to various haunted areas of the ship including the Royal Theater, Propeller Box, Shaft Alley, Engine Room, Boiler Room, First-Class Pool, and hotel decks and features video monitors with recorded dialogue by renowned paranormal researcher Peter James, a scavenger hunt to find 13 Ghost Sighting Plaques, each in a location known to be haunted, the Ghosts & Legends of the Queen Mary show, a special effects, walk-through show created aboard the ship that dramatizes actual paranormal and historic events that have been reported over years, and access to the new Paranormal Research Center, which will be chock full of paranormal stories, books, sightings and more. To further enhance your paranormal experience on board, there will be Ghostly Cocktails available for purchase in the Observation Bar as well as a Haunted Hotel Package.
