Harbourside, InterContinental Hong Kong's popular all-day restaurant, continues its celebration of Asian cuisine and premium ingredients in March and April with its “Crazy for Crab” Weekday Lunch Buffet.

Each Monday through Friday, enjoy Chef Nicholas Chan's rotating selection of seasonal specialties with Alaskan King Crab, Atlantic Blue Crab, North Atlantic Brown Crab and Hokkaido Japanese Queen Crab.

Dishes showcased on the Weekday Lunch Buffet include a rotating selection of:

  • Alaskan King Crab Salad with Avocado, Fennel, Lotus Root, Pumpkin and Sherry Vinaigrette
  • Deep-Fried Soft-Shell Crab with Nuts and Togarashi
  • Steamed Kai Lan with Blue Crab Meat and Conpoy
  • Alaskan King Crab Chawanmushi with Crab Roe
  • Steamed Tofu with Prawns, Blue Crab Meat and Crab Roe
  • Wok-fried Brown Crab with Ginger and Scallions
  • Blue Crab Congee
  • Fried Noodles with Crab Meat

Action Stations:

  • Golden Fried Crab Cakes with Mango Salsa and Red Lumpfish Caviar
  • Japanese Queen Crab and Blue Crab Rillette Tart and Lumpfish Caviar
  • Mini Crab Burgers

Enjoy Alaskan King Crab, a seasonal delicacy acclaimed for its soft delicate texture, unique sweetness and enormous size and high nutritional value. The sweet flesh is high in protein and low in fat. It is also high in zinc, an antioxidant that helps to support healthy bone mass and the immune function.

InterContinental Hong Kong's Harbourside Restaurant is acclaimed for its elaborate international buffet with abundant seafood and sushi and chefs presenting a tempting array of Western and Asian dishes, along with a roast carving station with prime cuts of beef, action stations and decadent desserts. 

Harbourside is open daily from 12:00 noon – 10:00pm

LUNCH BUFFET
Indulge in freshly made sushi and sashimi and action stations that include a noodle/pasta bar and carving station with Australian Beef Striploin.

Monday – Friday (12 noon to 2:30pm): HK$488 per adult / HK$338 per child (ages 3-11)
Saturday (12 noon to 2:30pm): HK$548 per adult / HK$388 per child (ages 3-11) 
Public Holidays (12 noon to 2:30pm): HK$588 per adult / HK$408 per child (ages 3-11)

DINNER BUFFET
Enjoy abundant fresh seafood, foie gras, tempura, Australian Wagyu Beef Striploin and top-quality US Beef Ribeye on the carving station.

Monday – Sunday (6:00pm to 10:00pm): HK$898 per adult / HK$628 per child (ages 3-11)

SUNDAY CHAMPAGNE BRUNCH
It's family affair, with one child (age 3-11) dining for free per every three paying guests.
Adults can enjoy free-flowing Champagne and Bloody Marys, while the children enjoy freshly pressed juices.

11:30am to 3:00pm
Free Flowing Champagne, wine and beer: HK$898 per adult
