Harbour Club Supports Afriyoga Holiday Venture

Afriyoga

Londons exclusive Harbour Club has announced its intention to support Afriyoga, the organisation taking yoga into the township schools of South Africa, by promoting yoga holidays to members.

The promotion will launch on 11th July at the clubs Chelsea venue with a yoga master class led by Afriyoga teachers Liz Lark and Danny Paradise. A special price for Afriyogas first yoga holiday in Cape Town (14th 22nd October) will be offered to Harbour Club members who will be able to book the event for the hugely discounted price of 1,530 instead of the full price of 2,125 plus flights. Guests will also be invited to participate in Afriyogas township programme, helping yoga teachers Danny Paradise and Reema Datta teach children in some of the Capes poorest communities.

Non Harbour Club members can also take advantage of an early booking discount from Afriyoga. People booking before 16th July 2006 pay just 1,700 plus flights.

Members of the club will also be able to compete for a four day Afriyoga retreat at Alladale, an exclusive wilderness reserve in the Scottish Highlands. Two couples who win the clubs September Challenge will receive an all inclusive stay and Afriyoga experience at the Scottish lodge from Nov 15th 19th 2006. Further Afriyoga at Alladale retreats are planned during 2007.

A percentage of all Afriyogas income goes towards teaching yoga in the townships of South Africa through the charity, The Afriyoga Foundation.
