Stephen has created a unique and epicurean experience for resort guests, where they can appreciate exquisite French Mediterranean Cuisine, as well as the authentic Thai menu at the beachfront H Bistro restaurant. Menu highlights include fresh Maine lobster and oysters flown from Canada, Japan and France, complemented by a carefully handpicked list of International wines and champagnes.
In addition he has created a romantic six course dinner menu for two, which is served on the bed in an exquisite beachfront Chill Lounge setting with candlelight. The menu is available either with paired wines with each course, or without as preferred.
The romantic dinner on the bed is priced at Baht 7,699 per couple, with wine pairing and Baht 5,199 per couple without wine pairing. Prices are subject to applicable service charge and government taxes.
