As part of its on-going CSR program, Hansar Samui joined Samui Festival Givers Ride & Run 2016 with the local community to raise fund for new school buildings in Koh Samui and free education for all Samui's children. The event was held and organized by Koh Samui City Municipality.

The event started in the early morning; all participants, which were approximately 500 people including 10 Hansar staffs, came and gathered at the start to join the Fun Run 3.5 kilometers. After the fun run, the hotel provided some hampers for monk offering to 120 monks from all temples in Koh Samui.

Each month, Hansar Samui holds or supports a different event within the local community as part of its corporate social responsibility program.
