As part of its on-going CSR program, Hansar Samui joined with International School of Samui to donate second hand bathrobes and cash valued at Baht 20,000 to Sunny Smiles Foundation. The cash was raised from hotel's organic garden harvest which is located behind the hotel compound.

With the assistant of International School of Samui, all of these donations will be channeled to all refugees at Sunny Smiles Foundation. The foundation is held to raise awareness and fundraise for the poorest Burmese refugee families living in and around Maesot, Tak Province, Thailand on the Myanmar border, who have fled fighting, poverty and human right atrocities in search of safety and the hope of better life.

Each month, Hansar Samui holds or supports a different event within the local community as part of its corporate social responsibility program.
