Two years ago, Hansar Samui's created an organic garden on a former piece of wasteland adjacent to the hotel.  The garden produces fresh, chemical free herbs, fruit and vegetables that are used in the hotel's cuisine for both guests and staff.  The hotel also sells produce from each harvest in the local community to raise funds for their ongoing CSR programs, supporting the less fortunate in the local community.  Guests can now participate in this important program by working with the Hotel's staff to plant seeds during their stay for the next harvest.
