Pizza night

On the day of your choice Carmines chef will teach everyone, adults and children the secret of how to make the best pizza dough. Everyone will then get a chance to make and cook their own pizza in Carmines own pizza oven, whilst enjoying the Estates own wine.       

Truffle Hunt of Carmine Estate followed by a Tractor Ride and BBQ in the vineyard.

We can arrange for you to jump on the tractor and trailer and be taken up to Carmine Estates vineyard. From there you will go on a Truffle Hunt with a local truffle hunter and his wonderful dog. We will then return to the vineyard and we can enjoy a truffle degustation meal and bbq on an open fire. All finished off with baked marshmallows for the children and Vin Santo for the adults!

Personally designed itinerary

The English speaking Estate Manager will personally help you to design a fantastic itinerary for your stay to ensure that all members of the group get the most out of their stay at Chiesa Del Carmine. If adults would like to take some trips or evenings out without the children we can provide fully qualified, English speaking babysitters.

Examples of what are on offer are:

• Visiting local farms where you can see and experience how to make fresh goats cheese and then a past making lesson or a horse-back ride through the countryside.
• Visit the vineyard where Chiesa Del Carmine's wine is made and have a personal tour with the winemaker, followed by a wine tasting and meal.
• Guided tours of the highlights of the area or just some top tips of the places to visit where the children will be kept amused.
