The iconic Halekulani hotel in Hawaii will host a one-of-a-kind interactive cocktail pairing experience with the “Best Barman in the World,” Colin Field of Bar Hemingway at The Ritz, Paris on September 26th. 

Colin Field who was most recently 'guest barman' at Il Pellicano hotel will be offering his expertise in cocktail making at Halekulani's L'Aperitif bar from September 22 to 26.

The hotel will host a one-of-a-kind experience that will take place on Friday, September 26 from 6  – 8 p.m. and will feature the art of styling cocktails.  Guests of Halekulani will enjoy an interactive demonstration and tasting experience led by Colin Field.

In addition, each cocktail concoction will be accompanied with an Amuse Bouche designed by Executive Chef Vikram Garg. After the presentation, guests will be treated to a special live jazz musical performance by Tommy James, Music Director of the Duke Ellington Orchestra and favored Honolulu pianist.
