Macy's is pleased to welcome your group with our special 10% Visitor Savings Pass, valid for three days, with limited exclusions at any Macy's store nationwide.  We can ship you any quantity at no charge to distribute to your group prior to arrival at Macy's or passes are available for pick up at the Visitor Center, located on the balcony.

Macy's Historic Store Tour

Guided Group Tour – 60 mins

Macy's offers educational groups a fun, fast and fact-filled store tour. Learn how Macy's has grown into America's largest department store with over 800 locations from its humble beginnings, over 150 years. Our knowledgeable tour guides can cater to different group sizes and age groups as they discuss history, marketing concepts, merchandising, visual techniques and more. All participants receive the Macy's Visitor Savings Pass. The cost of the tour is $12 per person for a minimum group of 10. One chaperone per group of 10 is complimentary.

Macy's Merchandising Tour

Private Group Program- 60 mins

Ever wonder why certain brands are placed in certain areas? Or, how they market to their target audience? Let a Macy's merchandising/visual expert educate you on the how and why. Learn what starts the vision and how it's executed.  All participants will receive the Macy's Visitor Savings Pass. The cost of the tour is $20 per person for a minimum group of 10.  One chaperone per group of 10 is complimentary.

Macy's Fashion Tour

Let a Macy's fashion specialist guide your group through the current brands, designers and trends right off the runways. They'll receive wardrobe styling tips and help to create their own unique look. All participants will receive the Macy's Visitor Savings Pass. The cost of the tour is $20 per person for a minimum group of 10.  One chaperone per group of 10 is complimentary.

Macy's Modern Man

Private Group Program – 45 mins

Let a Macy's skin care expert and stylist guide your group through the best application tips and help guests create their own unique look, from coordinating the perfect tie/pocket square pairing to The Art of Shaving in a private setting. All participants will receive the Macy's Visitor Savings Pass. Cost: $20 per person and individual gift cards are optional. One chaperone per group of 10 is complimentary.

Macy's Cosmetic Master Class

Private Group Program- 45 mins

Let a Macy's make-up artist and cosmetic specialist guide your group through the best application tips and help guests create their own unique look in a private setting. All participants will receive the Macy's Visitor Savings Pass. Cost: $15 per person and individual gift cards are optional. One chaperone per group of 10 is complimentary.
