Arlington, TX—The official Groundbreaking Ceremony for Texas Live! is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, March 29 at 11:00 a.m.

The event will take place on the site of the project in Lot A, which is adjacent to Globe Life Park in Arlington.

Parking will be available in Lot B at the corner of Randol Mill Road and Nolan Ryan Expressway.

Texas Live!, in partnership between The Cordish Companies and the Texas Rangers, is a dynamic $250 million world-class dining, entertainment and hospitality district.  The project will set a new standard in sports-anchored developments and will feature 200,000 square feet of best-in-class local, regional and national dining and entertainment; an upscale, full-service 300-room convention hotel; a 35,000 square foot meeting/convention facility and a 5,000-capacity outdoor event pavilion. Participants in Wednesday's groundbreaking will include officials from the City of Arlington, the Texas Rangers, and The Cordish Companies.

Media can enter Lot A through the entrance on the East side of the area on Nolan Ryan Expressway. That entrance will open to media at 10:15 a.m.
