Gray Line Worldwide recently announced that Gray Line New Orleans was the winner of its annual highest achievement award, the Diamond Award, at its Marketing Conference and Annual Meeting held October 16-18, 2003, at the Paradise Point Resort and Spa in San Diego, California. The Diamond Award salutes the company that works the hardest to promote the Gray Line name and logo on behalf of the entire organization.
Gray Line New Orleans was awarded this prestigious honor for their continued dedication to promoting the Gray Line Diamond in their business for the branding benefit of the entire organization. Accepting the award on behalf of Gray Line New Orleans were Eva Hotard, President; Greg Hoffman, Vice-President & General Manager and Julee Pearce, Director of Marketing.
The highest honor awarded to an individual went to Nick Palan, Gray Line London, recipient of the Gray Line President's Award. This award recognizes the individual who contributed the most to the entire organization in terms of service and commitment.

Our organization is continually amazed with the level of dedication our destinations take to promote the brand and increase its visibility around the world with continued innovation and creativity," said Brad Weber, President and CEO of Gray Line Worldwide.
Others honored at the annual award ceremony included, Peter Douglas of Holiday Media as the 2003 recipient of the Gray Line Champion Award. This award recognizes the individual who contributed the most to the fiscal health of the entire organization.
The coveted 2003 Most Creative Tour Award went to Gray Line New York for their new NYC Showbiz Insiders Tour which gives travelers a "behind the scenes" view of some of the city's hottest attractions including the a backstage look at The Lion King and the Rockettes of Radio City Music Hall.
The most creative promotion in 2003 was awarded to Gray Line Brisbane-Gold Coast for their new "Croc Express" featuring the famous Crocodile Hunter, Steve Irwin.
The Diamond Dedication award, a new distinction founded in 2003, saluting those who demonstrate an early enthusiasm and commitment to the Gray Line Brand was awarded to both Gray Line Ecuador and Gray Line Thailand.
Gray Line Greece and Gray Line Seattle were both honored for their innovative use of the technology powering the www.grayline.com website through creative products and promotions appropriate to the online medium.
