MESA Hotels and Resorts proudly announces the new appointment of Florent Humeau as the Resident Manager of grandkemang Hotel, Jakarta. His responsibility in this new role is for all operational departments, namely Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and Food & Beverage service and production.  His primary goal is to ensure that grandkemang delivers its concept in providing consistent personalized service while carrying inspiration, warmth , and comfort to all its guests.

Florent, a French national with extensive hotel experiences, spent many years in the Food and Beverage department from 4 to 5 star hotels and resorts in Europe, China, Bali, Thailand and Philippines. His previous assignment was as Food and Beverage Director for Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan, Philippines with 290 rooms, handling 4 FB outlets and 2 ballrooms each with 300 guest capacity. Prior to that he was also in Indonesia as the Beach Club Manager in of Karma Kandara, Uluwati – Bali.

With years of professional Food and Beverage experience in different countries and different types of hotels in both city hotels and resorts and with two opening experiences, Florent is confident he can bring growth and development to his new team in grandkemang Hotel, Jakarta to consistently deliver products and services exceeding guests satisfaction.
