Offering even more gastronomic choices in one stylish destination, Thai Kitchen joins mezza9 Macau's existing show kitchens – Macau Kitchen, The Grill, Sushi and Sashimi, Wok, Steam Basket, Deli and Pâtisserie.

Internationally famed Thai chef Siriluck Lekkwan – affectionately known as 'Chef Mum' due to her generous and caring personality – will personally prepare her home-style Thai cuisine. Born in Bangkok, Chef Mum was chef at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok for more than a decade and is regularly invited to host special Thai food events in Hyatt hotels around the world.

Chef Mum's culinary secret is simple: every dish is cooked with genuine care and love. She selects the finest seasonal ingredients and gives them a tasteful twist. Her loving touch is evident in homemade pastes and sauces that are free from preservatives and dishes incorporating local ingredients. Guests can watch Chef Mum in action and taste her genuine Thai home cooking, served with her famous beaming smile.

Among Chef Mum's signature homemade dishes are Thai royal chicken dumplings, a traditional afternoon tea snack of the Thai royal family. Deep-fried sea bass with chilli tamarind sauce uses freshly caught sea bass with a unique, slightly spicy tamarind sauce that Chef Mum makes herself to a secret recipe. Chef Mum's dessert of fresh mango sticky rice with homemade Thai tea ice cream is especially delicious.

mezza9 Macau is an ideal venue for an indulgent meal. Guests can also select from the Thai à la carte and specially tailored Thai set menus available nightly.
